Your orders are delivered by our fulfillment center and will normally be handed to you via local postal service.

All products are charged in USD. Although you can use our currency switcher at the top of every page, the final amount charged to you will be in US dollars.
If your payment failed when you tried to place an order, it could be due to a number of reasons. First, double check if your credit card number, expiry date, and CVC numbers are all correct. Next, you'll want to make sure you have sufficient funds on your credit card to process the transaction.
If you receive a Do Not Honor error, then you will need to contact your credit card issuer. In this case, the credit card issuer has likely put a temporary hold on your card and they will need to be contacted in order for this hold to be lifted. Once you have cleared things with them, please try the order again and let us know if you run into any trouble.
RETURNS EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Yes, returns on full priced items are accepted within 30 days after receiving the item. All products should be returned in original packaging and return delivery costs are paid by the returner. Proof of original delivery and proof of postage should then be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to obtain the refund.
Provided that the returned item is in a perfect condition, and the product's costs match, exchanges are possible. Please email email@example.com for further instructions.
Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on the system you used to pay with.
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
Orders that are lost or undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect address provided to us are not subject to any refunds or replacements. In cases like this, please immediately contact your local post. If the package gets returned back to our warehouse, we can have it reshipped again after the address is corrected.
IMPORT AND TAX CHARGES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Tax fees may vary depending on the country the order is shipped to. Each country/state has its own threshold after which taxes will be applied. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
The store cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package and will not cover any additional charges for customs clearance. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
